We offer a 30-day return for exchange or store credit policy for all of our products purchased from Buchymix.co.uk only. Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.

RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT
- Please contact customerservice@buchymix.co.uk with your order number in the request.
- We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email.
- Please print out a copy of invoice and insert to the package.
- Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label
- Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
- We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly
- We do not issue refunds, we can only exchange or give store credit.
- We do not issue international return labels of any kind.
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Buchymix, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Buchymix reserves the right to not issue a credit or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Please note that we do not offer any international shipping return Label of any kind. International customers are responsible for all the return shipping charges.
